princess party

We spent the day at the castle park in Hudson celebrating our neighbor Evelyn's 4th Birthday. It was a perfect day for a princess party, though Spen was not enthused about the theme. He chose to be a knight, not a princess.

As usual, Lincoln displayed no fear while exploring the different play structures at the park...head first down the slide, mouth open face plant into the sand...didn't even phase him:

We had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend. Spending time with my boys is what makes everything in this world a little easier to manage.

this morning

I had to pull over to the side of the high way this morning and put my flashers on. Why you ask? A flat tire? Ran out of gas? Engine trouble?

Spencer and Lincoln rode in with me this morning because they are going to the downtown back up daycare for two days. Spencer sneezed and needed some major assistance!

Linc just munched on fruit snacks.

I am being hounded for my lack of blogging. Another cell phone shot taken in the car. I feel like we are always in the car!

flashback friday

This time we are only flashing back a month...to March of 2009.

Lincoln found the cooler and fell in love. With the Great Aunts he has, coolers are always on hand! (Lucky boy, and lucky us!)
